A blend of 85% Sangiovese, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. In 2005 we harvested our Merlot twice, two weeks apart. The Merlot used in the Sangiovese is from the second Merlot.
Filled with subtle characteristics of strawberry cream, vanilla and spice, this wine is made for an Italian feast. Light, creamy characteristics of butter and toast result in a luxurious feel in the mouth and a pleasant finish.
